Whichever step you join at, that price stays for 5 payments, including the first (5 months if monthly, 5 years if yearly).
Within 14 days of payment, we give a full refund for any reason.
Whatever price you join at, it stays the same for 5 payments, including the first one (5 months if you pay monthly, 5 years if you pay annually). From the 6th payment on, you pay the price on offer at that time.
If you cancel partway through or a payment is late, the price lock ends at that point. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect on your next renewal date (no prorating). The price will be the annual price on offer at that time.

There is nothing to choose. The points you hold at 00:00 Japan time on the day before each payment are applied automatically, up to the limit. Points earned after that are used on your next payment.
Points can be combined with the founding-price discount for a total discount of up to 70% off the list price. For example, at the 60% off step, points can add up to 10% more.
Points can be used for both annual and monthly payments.
For your first payment, the points you hold when you apply are used. The deposit and points can both be deducted.
Points do not expire. They are removed only if the restaurant is deleted or its use is suspended for fraud.
Points are given free of charge and cannot be purchased. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another restaurant.
If a payment is refunded, or a seat is canceled because the card could not be charged, the points used for that payment are returned to the restaurant.

We are inviting people to early access gradually, in the order they pre-registered. Pre-registration is free, and no card is required.
No. The only charge is a ¥1,000 deposit when you reserve the Paid plan, and it is deducted from your first payment.
On the start date, you can use reservation management, allergy management, recipes, sales analysis, accounting, shift submission, and more. Features such as shift optimization AI and the AI business advisor will be added one by one after that, at no extra charge.
Within 14 days of payment, we give a full refund for any reason. Any points used for that payment are returned to your restaurant.
You can switch back to the Free plan at any time. If you cancel the Paid plan, your founding price lock ends (if you apply again, you pay the price on offer at that time).
Some AI features use AI credits each time you use them. The Free plan comes with a small amount of AI credits every month, and the Paid plan with 20 times as many (reset monthly).
If you run short, you can top up in advance (100 credits for ¥1,000, 310 for ¥3,000, 1,100 for ¥10,000). No fees.
Monthly credits are used first. Credits you add expire 6 months after purchase.
We're building an HQ app to manage several restaurants together. Once it ships, it's planned to be included with each restaurant's Paid plan at no extra charge.
Until then, you can use Nekti restaurant by restaurant. We are also happy to discuss large-scale chain rollouts.

This service is optimized for use in Japan. You can use it from outside Japan, but support and app optimization are provided for Japan only, so please use it at your own responsibility. All prices are in Japanese yen and exclude tax (consumption tax is charged separately). *This service is for restaurant businesses only (business use only).
