§05Selling Price
The fees for each plan are as stated on the pricing page. All prices are in Japanese yen (excluding tax).
- Free plan: ¥0 / month
- Paid plan: list price ¥10,000 / month · ¥100,000 / year
- Founding price: offered for a fixed number of seats at 60% off the list price (¥4,000 / month · ¥40,000 / year), 40% off (¥6,000 / month · ¥60,000 / year), and 20% off (¥8,000 / month · ¥80,000 / year); when the seats at each step are filled, the price of the next step applies. The price at the time of application applies for up to 5 payments, including the first payment.
- Paid plan reservation deposit: ¥1,000 (deducted from your first payment)
- Additional AI credits: ¥1,000 (100 credits) · ¥3,000 (310 credits) · ¥10,000 (1,100 credits)
§06Intended users
The Service is limited to use by business operators (restaurants) for business purposes.
§07Currency
All prices are in Japanese yen. Annual payment is the price of 10 months.
§08Payment processing (seller of record)
Payments are handled by FastSpring (Merchant of Record / seller of record). Charges appear as FASTSPRING on your statement. FastSpring acts as the first-line contact for Japanese consumption tax and consumer handling.
§09Other charges
Internet connection and data charges incurred while using the service are the customer's responsibility.
§10Payment method
Credit card and other methods provided by the payment processor (FastSpring).
§11Timing of Payment
For a Paid plan reservation, a deposit of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) is charged at the time of reservation. The Paid plan is charged on the date of application (if you have a reservation, the deposit is deducted). Thereafter, monthly payments are charged every month and annual payments every year on the renewal date, and the plan renews automatically until you request cancellation. AI credits are charged at the time of purchase.
§12Timing of Service Provision
The Free plan is available immediately after you receive an early access invitation. The Paid plan is available from the date of application on or after the Paid Plan Start Date (we will notify you of the start date by email at least 7 days in advance). Some Paid plan features will be released in stages after the start date (at no additional charge). The Service is currently in development toward its official release.
§13Returns and Cancellation
As this is a digital service, returns cannot be accepted. Within 14 days of payment, we provide a full refund for any reason. For other mid-term cancellations, no mid-term refund is given, the Service may be used until the end of the current service period, and it will not be renewed for the next period. The reservation deposit is not refunded if you cancel the reservation (if we cannot begin providing the Paid plan by June 30, 2027, it will be refunded in full). Purchased AI credits cannot be refunded (except if the Service is discontinued). For details, please refer to the Refund Policy.
§14Special Terms
The Founding Price lock is a contractual position tied to this agreement and may not be transferred. It ends upon cancellation or late payment. Free points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
§15System requirements
Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox are recommended. Some features are also available in the mobile app.
§16Governing language
This disclosure is provided in Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, and French. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
